Abacus Accounting & Tax LLC was founded in 1999 by Victoria Cheng who has over 20 years accounting and tax experience. We have a professional team to serve clients throughout the United States. Our company is a full-service financial, accounting, tax and business consultation firm committed to helping corporations and individuals manage their taxes and achieve their financial goals. About our founder

Victoria Cheng graduated from University of Maryland at College Park with master degree in Accounting and Finance. She is Chairman of Fujian Association of the United States, and the former Treasurer for Chinese American Commerce and Industrial Association in DC.
